Sibling Rivalry Pink 2010
Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. The last four reviews I did were: March 5, February 26, September 11 and July 26.
Sibling Rivalry Pink 2010 Wine Review
Pretty perfumed aromas of ripely sweet field strawberries and sun-kissed small raspberries. Mouth-watering and refreshing. 4.4/5 Food pairings: planked salmon, seared tuna. Scrumptious Seafood Wine

|• Made from Cabernet, Syrah and Gamay |
• Harvest Date: September 11th through to October 23rd, 2010
• Yields 3.5 tonnes per acre
• Grapes were crushed and allowed to draw colour from the skins for 48 hours before pressing the juice off and fermenting in stainless steel tanks. Bottling in the early spring following harvest preserves the fruit character of the grapes.
