Señorio De Sarría Rosado 2009 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 87/100Vintages Wine Panel: This dry Spanish rosé is a lovely rose-red colour. Intensely fruity aromas are suggestive of candied fruit, cranberry and raspberry, and are accented by appealing nutty and herbal notes. Dry, full and round on the palate leaving a very good impression. A refreshing rosé. My note: Cranberry and raspberry with bone-dry refreshment.
Rosado food pairings: artichoke salad with chèvre, fresh spring rolls in a tangy Thai peanut sauce.
