Wonderful bubbly, packed with peach and pear notes! Want to service bubbly at your wedding or large reception but not break the bank? This is your go-to sparkler. Can’t beat the value/taste/price ratio. Yum!

Reviews and Ratings

Cathy Henson rated this wine as 100/100
Louise Wilson - ISG Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Fresh and youthful with notes of lemon zest, almond and white flowers. With only 11.5% alcohol this bubbly is the perfect afternoon refreshment. Delicious on its own or paired with stuffed scallops. Tasted Feb 2014.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pear and lemon notes are forefront in this brightly acidic Prosecco. Very lively lemon and lime in the mouth, with some serious acidity. This paired perfectly with pasta and basil pesto (plus sea salt and cracked black peppercorns).
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This wine is platinum colour with fine persistent bubbles and 11.5% ABV, a Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut. This wine is a delicate and floral expression of the Glera varietal. Well balanced, this wine offers aromatics of crisp apple, apple blossom, stone fruit, minerality and a hint of tropical guava fruit. A refreshingly differentiated expression of Glera varietal. Great crowd-pleasing bubbly for festive occasions with or without food. Tasted 2014, 2015 and Nov 2016. Rated 88/100 - bespoketastings.ca
Valerie Stride - WSET ADV rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Natalie is right; this sparkling wine will not break the bank despite it being of good quality! This tank-fermented bubbly is light and youthful, and is a combination of citrus & stone fruits, with a side of minerality. The mousse is quite aggressive in this Prosecco, so be warned! Expect a medium length finish. Try this Prosecco alongside an endive salad with citrus vinaigrette. You'll be pleased.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
