This Pinot Blanc was whole cluster pressed and cool barrel-fermented for 5 months in 50% new American oak and 50% stainless steel. Hand-stirred on the lees weekly to add to overall mouthfeel and complexity. An aromatic, refreshing, zesty white with notes of melon and bosc pear. Medium-bodied with great minerality. Closed with a screwcap.
Pinot Blanc food pairings: smoked salmon, creamy pasta, turkey dinner, wild rice stuffing.

A fresh and crisp white wine. A great summer wine with notes of citrus and tropical flavors. Medium bodied, serve chilled and enjoy on any patio this summer.
