This organic Pinot Grigio offers subtle notes of white melon and lime. Clean, crisp and refreshing. This family been making wine since 1925, but started moving toward organic viticulture in 1980 with full certification in 1984. Enjoy the fruits of their labour as an aperitif or friendly companion to seafood and salads. This organic wine has just 3 mg/l of free sulphur.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: summer salads, avocado and papaya salad, balsamic grille radicchio, basil pesto, zucchini and red onion frittata, chicken skewers with a lemon-parsley marinade.

Lemon and grapefruit mingle with pear, yellow apple, yellow plum and mineral notes to create a lovely nose. Sunny, bright and juicy with excellent crisp acidity on the finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, June 2013

Unquenchable: A Tipsy Search

  Best Books of the Year

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
