This Australian treasure was aged for 18 months in oak to create a rich, deep and complex cabernet that has signature blackberry, cassis and just a hint of mint on the nose. Terrific long finish where the smoky note come through in a completely integrated way. Prime rib anyone?

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: blackened beef skewers, grilled steaks in a mushroom sauce, pork tenderloin, hard cheese.
