One of the most classical italian wines produced in the center of Italy, Umbria, with 70% Sangiovese and 30% Canaiolo. Medium intense red colour is very reduced as poured into the glass opens up with oxigenation: plums, tobacco, cherry in spirit and incense.
The attack on the palate is bone dry, medium to full bodied, medium acidity with high and dry tannins looks still very young and unbalanced but shows great aging potential.
