Lovely honeysuckle and apple blossom on the nose and palate of this vibrant, mouth-watering Niagara white wine made from Riesling grapes. Light-bodied but packed with flavour and acidity. Pair with fresh seafood.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

From Niagara Escarpment, Ontario, another Canadian Riesling to be proud of. This one has a lovely apricot and peach nose with subtle minerality. The luscious palate gives peach, apricot, tropical guava, lemon and slight minerality. It's off -dry and silky smooth, with a delicious apricot finish. Try with Thai food for a party in your mouth!
Using the traditional German technique, this Ontario Riesling is off-dry and has a portion of Riesling juice added to it known as sussreserve blended back after fermentation. The result is crisp and refreshing with more flavour and texture. Serve lightly chilled. - Community Wine Reviews
