A lovely Riesling just bursting with personality! Gorgeous notes of ripe peach, pear, dry apricot and stone fruit. Lovely vein of minerality running through it with perfect calibrated acidity for food. Gold Medal winner at the 2010 All Canadian Wine Championships.
Riesling food pairings: spicy Asian cuisine.

|This is a dazzling expression of off-dry expressive, balanced Riesling. It has good structure and strong sense of purpose. Green apple and spicy lime cordial aromas on the nose segue mouth-watering flavours on the palate – tangy white grapefruit, crisp pear and succulent white peach balanced with a riveting spine of moderating acidity. It’s generously textured sporting a lovely lip-smacking finish. Score: 4 ½ (out of 5) Source: Vic Harradine, winecurrent.com|
