A fresh and zippy style of Aussie Savvy with aromas of grass and grapefruit. Dry, with fine aroma replays on the palate. The flavours linger in a pleasing manner. Enjoy as a sipper on its own or with a wide range of vegetarian dishes, including spinach

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: pan-fried freshwater fish, mild goat cheese, bell peppers, Caesar salad, corned beef and cabbage.

Melissa Pulvermacher WSET rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Crisp green apple with grassy aromas. Very distinct citrus, like scratching a lemon peel, on the nose that follows through to the palate with added expressions of grapefruit, white flower or elderflower and lime juice. The palate is quite elegant and refreshing with an aftertaste of clover and sour gooseberry. The finish is quite short and overall the wine is quite subtle compared to NZ Sauv Blanc. This wine would drink very well on its own or as an aperitif with a lemon dressed arugula salad. (Oct 2014)
A zesty Australian white wine with good minerality and stone fruit aromas. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
