|Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:|
Floral aromas along with very nice pear, apple, and citrus and ginger. The taste is mellow, with the pear at ginger at the forefront. There's a nice long melon and pear finish. This wine was a near perfect match for barbecue chicken with a ginger sauce and roast vegetables.
|Bold lychee, grapefruit, rose petal, orange blossom and lemon custard. Dry and characterful, especially from intense lychee and rose petals flavours. Well-made fruity Gewürz with just-right structure to give it real interest. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.|
