Vintages Wine Panel: A magical combination of savoir faire, art and patience. Presented in a luxurious Baccarat Crystal decanter, this carefully crafted Cognac is made from a blend of the most revered of Grande Champagne’s distillates, then aged extensively in old oak barrels from 40 to 100 years. Adored by the likes of Christian Dior, Queen Elizabeth II and Sir Winston Churchill, this smooth and long-finishing Cognac has delicious and complex flavors of fruit, delicate flowers and spices. My note: Sometimes you just want the best, especially if your house is already paid off and the kids have finished college. Well, here’s a cognac for you. Exotic aromas of orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and white flowers. A great after-dinner drink.

Cognac food pairings: soumaintrain cheese, cornish hen, duck, foie gras, asian dishes, spicy curries.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
