Cabernet nose and character here: cassis and blackcurrant aromas. This robust red wine is a blend of cabernet, merlot, shiraz and pinotage. Tannic so decant for 2 hours or cellar. Full-bodied and concentrated. Great taste for the money, especially for a WO designated wine. Previous vintages of this wine won the Gold Medal winner at Concours Mondial Bruxelles. Great dry finish.

Named Varietal Blends-Red food pairings: beef.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
