Spectacular! Rich and unctuous with layers of peach and pear preserves. A honeyed essence tickles the senses right through to a long finish. Glorious dessert wine.

|The 2009 harvest for Vidal was completed on Jan. 2. Our Vidal Icewine is traditionally harvested from our oldest 12 acre block of 26 year old Vidal vines. Average picking temperatures ranged from -9 °C and -12°C . |
The juice pressed from clean fruit was carefully fermented for a seven month period, with temperature-controlled fermentation (less than 15°C), using selected yeast for cold slow fermenting. The wine was both fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to highlight the complexity of stone fruit components found in Vidal.
