A lovely nose of violets and backberries. This seductive, savoury red is perfectly balanced with dark ripe fruit flavours. It's dry and elegant with a long finish.

Cabernet Sauvginon food pairings: leg of lamb, filet mignon, wild mushrooms and strong cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Irina Omari rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon, a little spice with notes of cocoa and of cause lots of red fruits, especially blackberry and plums. I particularly love the bottle and it is extra heavy and makes a beautiful presentation, plus helps with cellaring and this wine will evolve beautifully with age.
The juice underwent fermentation on its skins for 14 days, using selected yeast. Oak barrel fermentation and aging in French and Hungarian barriques for 14 months adds complexity to this rich red wine. This wine also underwent complete malolactic fermentation.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
