Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Aged 16 months in French oak this medium-bodied red wine has some grippy tannins, medium+ acidity with aromas and flavours of dark plum, cassis, espresso, pencil and a lift of mint. Pair with rack of lamb, rib roast. Great hamburger wine.
Tasted: May 2015
The well-known Niagara winery Tawse established the Redstone Winery on Niagara's Lincoln Lakeshore. Founder Moray Tawse owns 38 acres of vineyards that are farmed organically and biodynamically and planted mostly with red grape varietals. The 2012 vintage was a warm one and the first one for this particular Cabernet. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
