Final Words
Ravine’s second white assemblage takes a tasty step forward with this release. A wonderfully aromatic white with enough structure to make it hearty yet still maintain its fresh and easygoing drinkability.

A 34 acre Estate farm whose origins date back to 1867 as a tender fruit farm. Established as an Estate Winery in late 2008, Ravine is a Wine Council of Ontario recognized sustainable winery, focusing on ultra premium wines. The Estate property is biodynamically farmed, producing certified organic grapes while sourced grapes are carefully selected from local growing partners. Winemakers Peter Gamble and Shauna White have developed an elegant portfolio of Bordeaux reds and Burgundian whites showcasing the uniqueness of Ravine’s terroir.
