Reviews and Ratings

Lesley Quinn - Certified Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

A scrumptious summer wine. The fresh rhubarb and strawberry notes smell like a summer garden in full bloom. There isn't a dish this wine wouldn't pair well with but I think a BBQ Chicken breast with new potatoes and dill would be a sunny match, both refreshing and satisfying.
Sara M - WSET Advanced reviewed this wine as follows:

This is a fantastic, excellent value rose! Intense and bold, with refreshing acidity. Notes of strawberries, peaches and blossom. Would pair well with seafood, salad and white meat, but is excellent on it's own too. This knockout will keep you coming back for more!

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
