Lovely citrus, white melon nose with replays of lemon intensity on the mid-palate and a white floral finish. Refreshing!

Chenin Blanc food pairings: oysters and shellfish.

Our grapes are sourced from both Quails’ Gate Estate and Osoyoos vineyards. This wine is comprised of 92% Chenin Blanc and 8% Sauvignon Blanc. The 2011 growing season was cooler than average, with extreme temperature differences close to harvest, preserving the grapes natural acidity. The grapes were whole bunch pressed followed by cold fermentation, 85% in stainless steel tanks and 15% in 2 year old French oak barrels. The barrel portion of the blend provides a lush palate and complex aromas.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
