Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Red currant, cherry, hint of black berry fruit. Tobacco is present with a touch of smoke and green coffee bean. White pepper, earth, flowers, all wrapped up with taut, fresh tannin and acidity. Minimal wood present, but it doesn’t need any augmentation, a truly fantastic expression of what Barossa can do with cuvees such as this. Great precision and focus, restraint of fruit character and incredible balance. Only thing separating this from a classic quality wine is a slightly shortened mid-palate. 89 Points. Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
