Vintages Wine Panel: This summertime favorite sports a particularly intense pink hue. Fresh aromas of maraschino cherry, blood oranges and melon greet the nose. Dry and round textured with a medium-full body, this mouth-filling rosé has delicious red fruit flavors balanced by medium acidity and leading to a lengthy finish. Serve this tasty number on a sunny summer evening. My note: One of my all-time favorite producers of rose. If I ever work for a winery, it’ll be this one. Drown yourself in summer sunshine as you lie in a field of redolent of ripe strawberries. Full-bodied, bone-dry. Grenache Mourvèdre Cinsault Rosé food pairings: herbed chicken, grilled salmon, artichoke salad.
