A lovely, off-dry sparkling rosé from Niagara. This bubbly achieves its sweetness from a dosage of cabernet icewine. Aromas of field berries and raspberries.

|Dianne Fisher - Sommelier, ISG rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:|
The colour of this sparkling Rosé was darker than anticipated. It reminds me of framboise which opened the door to stunning strawberry aroma on the nose. A cuveé of Chardonnay (55%), Pinot Noir (35%) Cabernet Franc (10%) with a dosage of Cabernet Franc ICEWINE. It has 16g of residual sugar so you can expect a touch of sweet however this rosé comes off as dry. The perfect marriage of traditional method sparkling with the best of what Niagara has to offer.
