The 2013 vintage is the first one for this splendid icewine from the champion figure skater, Patrick Chan. He's teamed up with Flat Rock winery to create his new line of wines. Peach loveliness, elegant, graceful, precise yet self-contained with an inner power like Patrick himself. Love it. Attractive aromas of apricot and apple crumble. Pair with fruit flans and aspirational dreams.

Riesling Icewine food pairings: apple dumplings, blueberry grunt, cheese cake, banana split.

Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Lots of ripe, baked apple and fruit on the nose, with some minerality. Extra sweet and round on the palate, but as a Riesling with loads of acidity it is able to counteract it. Would be great with a strong cheese or complimentary to a fruit desert.
Peach and apricot jam with a steely, icy edge of winter and a silver through-line of acidity. - Community Wine Reviews
