Intense concentration of black fruit flavours with blackberry liqueur. Some menthol on the nose. Full-bodied and smooth. Great depth and balance with a long finish. Great persistence of flavours, longing and desire.
Shiraz food pairings: chicken lababdar, black bean soup, blue cheese, char-grilled lamb cutlets, Balsamic grilled radicchio.

Great with gnocchi in tomato sauce and reggiano, fruity, smooth

Powerful and complex, with a bouquet full of plums, black pepper and cloves. The supple tannins don't overpower on the palate, making this very easy to drink! This wine is an excellent example of Australian Shiraz and pairs well with lamb and pot roast. It's a great wine to share with friends over dinner!
