Vibrant tart cherries on the nose with lively acidity on the palate for a wide range of dishes from planked salmon to roast chicken. One of the best pinots in Ontario. Beautiful silk texture and medium body. Layered and complex, with dark spices on the finish with some pleasant sour cherry. Cellar it for 3-4 years, or enjoy it tonight. Highly recommended.

The nose is intense and complex with red berries and leather aromas. A vibrant, deep and refined wine. Reminded me of great pinot noir from Clos Jordanne. A high quality wine with velvety tannins made for food like duck breast on the BBQ or even to enjoy on it's own. Stock it.

The 2010 Norman Hardie Unfiltered Pinot Noir has intense aromas of anise, smoked meat, clove on the nose and pomegranate, red currant and vanilla on the palate. It is a medium bodied, extra-dry, fruity to integrated wine, with checked acidity, refined tannins and a long finish. Though food friendly, drink this wine on its own; drink now – 2018. My impression: BEAUTIFUL to DIVINE, 92-93 pts – recommended for its quality. Tasted at 'Taste Ontario 2013' http://grapeselections.com/taste-ontario-2013/ in October/13.

This pinot is done fantastically in the burgundy style, that makes it a stand-out in the Ontario wine industry. It has a complex nose of fresh cranberries, cherries, raspberries, that carry-over onto the palate. It is rounded out by medium acidity and tannins, which make it incredibly balanced and delicious. Serve it as Norman does at his winery with thin crust pizza from a wood-fired oven or simply on it's own.

This tasty sipper will keep you coming back for more. Aromas of cherry, raspberry and strawberry jam and strawberry leaf, well balanced with pleasant tannins.

Clear garnet color.

Aromas of cherry, cinnamon, earthy, black pepper and graphite.

This Pinot Noir has a fresh acidity, supple tannins and the finish is long.

Pair it with a Bourguignon beef or a Parmigiana veal cutlet.

Serve it at 15-16 degrees.
I suggest to decanter it in carafe (Get the sediment off the wine)

Ready to drink but can be aged 6-7 years.

A complex wine with aromas of young strawberry, raspberry, tart cherry, a touch of green pepper, leather, and red licorice. The taste is tart cherry, strawberry, and vanilla. The long strawberry and tart cherry finish has some tannins that will improve with age. Great for a BBQ pork loin.

Huge aromas of blackberry and cherry on this fruity Prince Edward County pinot noir. Medium bodied, lots of dark fruit and spice in the mouth. Beautiful lasting fruity finish with mineralogy- typical of the region. Lovely! Could see enjoying this with Smoked salmon and soft cheese. Yum!
