Bottle size: 750 ml

Alcohol: 12.5%

Sweetness: Dry

Natalie's Score: 88/100

Vintages Wine Panel: Pale straw/green color; aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit and passionfruit with grassy notes; dry, crisp acidity, with juicy citrus, melon and green fruit flavors; long zesty finish. My note: Redolent of gooseberry, white grapefruit, lemon, fresh-cut grass and some lifted citrus notes. A lovely and refreshing package. Terrific, mouth-watering acidity. Medium-bodied. Closed with a screwcap.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: seafood, cream sauces, grilled vegeatbles, poultry, veal.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
