A vibrant, robust rosé that has the full-rich flavour of Cabernet but not the tannins. 4.2/5 Rosé food pairings: fish, white meat, Italian cuisine, salads, Oriental dishes.

The grapes were harvested by hand at 22º to 23º Balling during mid-February.They were given six to twelve hours’ skin contact in overhead drainers. The fruit was crushed and then cool-fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of three weeks at 16ºC.
