Bottle size: 750 ml
Natalie's Score: 94/100
Full-bodied, complex and savoury with many intriguing aromas and flavours. This is benchmark Californian cabernet in all its glory. Aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and cassis with some dry underbrush and herbs and smoke on the finish. Pair with classic filet mignon, lamb with rosemary or pork tenderloin.
Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: grilled veal chop with morel mushrooms.

This wine offers intense, rich flavors of dark berries, with notes of baked plums, black currant and spices. The rich mouth-feel brings notes of dark chocolate, cocoa and layers of flavors.
Excellent wine with balanced acidity, velvety tannins and seductive, long finish.
|Dark ruby with enticing aromas of dark plum and anise and a sweet and broad mid-palate of black currant jelly, underbrush and espresso roast. The tannins are nicely integrated and this wine has a layered mouth-feel. Source: Chicago Sun-Times, undated|
