A blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon – hence Quatrain – this delivers big aromas of dark plums, spice, cedar, and blackcurrant followed by an equally impressive, full-bodied and structured palate. Loaded with complex and layered flavours of spice, cedar, blackberries and dense fruit with abundant ripe tannins and a long, dry finish, this has great potential as a collector wine, and will age very well, certainly upwards of 5-7 years.
