Reviews and Ratings

rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Partially barrel fermented and ages sur lie in American oak for 8 months. The oak in this chard is subtle.
Clear yellow gold colour. Tropical fruit, banana peel, Okanogan tree fruit, touch floral, honey.
Mouthfeel is smooth and not overly buttery. Nice medium-bodied chardonnay from this award winning winery.
Good value at $20
Enjoyed with #Balderson 2yr old cheddar and #AceBakery crackers. Yum!
Will open next bottle in 2+ years

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
