Vintages Wine Panel: Over the last 130 years, the Miguel Torres winery has almost single-handedly built and maintained the reputation of Penedès, and this wine shows why. Structured with intense fruit flavours and silky tannins, this Reserva displays alluring aromas and flavours of blackberry, currants, coffee, vanilla and a classic touch of roasted bell pepper. My note: A stunningly delicious and balanced red with full-bodied notes of black fruit, vanilla smoke, dark spices and rich mocha goodness. Crack it open beside the barbecue. This wine is part of the Vintages Essentials Collection.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: braised veal blade and root vegetables, roast pork tenderloin.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
