Juicy and delicious with fleshy ripe cherries that don't come off as sweet. Liquid silk on the palate with a long, satisfying finish. It's pricey but worth it. Seared tuna anyone?

Made from eight vineyards located throughout this sprawling appellation, this wine showcases the art of the blend, and is an extraordinary achievement for its sheer opulence. Offers wave after wave of Pinot flavor, with superb tannins and mouth watering acidity. The fact that this is Merry Edwards’s least expensive Pinot Noir is amazing and makes it a special buy. Score: 94. Source: Steve Heimoff, Wine Enthusiast, May 2012
