Love it! Big smoky, mocha aromas with generous layers of luscious black fruit on the palate. Terrific price for such quality. Carmenère is the flagship grape of Chile, and it shows in this glass. There's a lovely weave of dried tobacco and espresso on the finish. Decant 1-2 hours and enjoy with a hearty meat dish.

Tobacco, dark chocolate, dark plum and fig. This is a charming, appealing and velvety-textured Carmenère full of big, ripe purple fruit. Fans of the grape will love this, while those who have never tried Carmenère will find this a wonderful introduction to the variety. Drink till 2017.
