Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A dry full-bodied wine with lots of lip-smacking oaky fruit and spice. Very aromatic with lots of that spice and oak on the nose. It's got great tannic structure and a nice lingering finish. This wine would pair well with gamey meats like caribou and moose, and also lamb, roast beef and veal.
It is a full bodied red wine with complex aromas & flavours of succulent plums, cherries, cinnamon, and cloves with a hint of roasted coffee. It’s a great introduction to 2 native grape varietals – Corvina and Rondinella. This wine will warm you up on a cold winter’s day! Source: Source: Laurie MacKay, CBC Homestretch

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
