Dry, crisp and clean and excellently priced! If you like pinot grigio, give this white a try. Some terrific floral notes on the finish. In the early twentieth-century, the Marès family started making wine in Algeria, but later moved to Bordeaux to start Château Puy Castéra and then on to the Rhone in the Costières de Nîmes region for this coveted winery. This wine is a zesty blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne grapes. Try is with fresh seafood. Food pairings: Sérac, Saint-Marcellin. Smart Buy Wine

Connie Russell rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

I chose a score of 88 because it describes it perfectly, YUM!May actually be more like a 90.
Aromas of peach nectar, grilled pineapple, poached pear, butter-cream and toast. On the palate this is an unctuous and mouthfilling beauty. Round with generous ripe fruit, lovely texture and a long, buttered-toast finish. Enjoy this delightful wine. Source: Vintages Wine Ratings and Reviews, Nov. 2013
