Reviews and Ratings

Winner of a Silver Medal at the 2010 International Wine & Spirit Competition, this Tempranillo-based wine shows aromas of toffee, blackberry, rose petal, cigar box, vanilla and eucalyptus. Dry with terrific aroma replays balanced out by medium tannins, toasty oak and a lovely acidity. Can improve in the cellar, but is showing very well right now with roast beef and root vegetables. Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
