The 2012 vintage of the robust Argentine red wine from Stone Soil Select is made from Malbec grapes whose vines are planted in chalky soils in different regions in the southern Uco Valley, adjacent to the Tunuyán river. Dark fruit and toasty oak aromas. Pair with prime rib.
Malbec food pairings: rare porterhouse steak, pork tenderloin, fricassee rabbit.
