Natalie's Score: 90/100

A refreshing, light-bodied white wine white with attractive and subtle melon notes. Terrific as an aperitif or companion to many seafood dishes or roast turkey given its mouth-watering juiciness. Nice price.

Riesling food pairings: chicken salad, risotto, apple strudel.

More Wine Reviews and Ratings

Louise Wilson ISG Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely aromatic nose of melon and mineral, while the palate is loaded with flavours of peaches and lime. The luscious body is perfectly offset by mouth watering acidity. A great back label indicating that the wine is dry - important because Rieslings can range from dry to very sweet. A perfect match for gravlox and cream cheese on a toasted sesame seed bagel. Enjoy now through 2015. Tasted Jan 2014.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
