A delightful sparkling rosé from southern France in the heart of Provence and home to those Mistral winds. Notes of wild field strawberries. Dry and refreshing. From sunny Provence, cooled by its famous mistral winds, comes this medium-bodied, fruit-forward rose. A mouth-watering blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache grapes, with a touch of sweetness. Enjoy as a chilled aperitif or with grilled seafood.

Sparkling Rosé food pairings: charcuterie, creamy cheeses, seafood tapas.

A vibrant pink sparkling wine; made for celebrations! Blend of primarily Syrah with a touch of Grenache for added flavour and Cinsault. Lovely nose of toasted nuts, ripe strawberries, some black currant and a hint of cherry. Lovely bubbles and tastes of strawberry, toasted nuts, black currrant and red berries. Quite nice with fresh strawberries and cheese.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely! Slightly off-dry with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of fresh berries, and a hint of lime. Refreshing and bright on the palate, this is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Enjoy with smoked salmon over brunch.
