Lovely tart cherries and cranberries dance across the palate, with mouth-watering acidity and vibrancy. Silky smooth and medium-bodied. Very versatile food wine.

Pinot Noir from Jadot is a pure varietal wine produced from Pinot Noir musts and wines selected from village-level vineyard sites throughout the Côte d'Or and Côte Chalonnaise. As with several of their smaller wines, Maison Louis Jadot practices a "réplis" to improve the quality of the wine by declassifying some wines of higher appellation to be incorporated into the blend.
This Pinot has a plump fruitiness with a silky texture and gentle tannins. With this wine you can enjoy grilled red meats, roasts, mild game and soft cheeses like Camembert or Brie.
