That's a blend of 80% Seyval Blanc and 20% Vidal.

Light yellow/green color with fine bubules!

Notes of pastry, green apple, nuts and pear.

This sparkling has a good acidity and is long on the palate.

Serve it at 5-6 degrees.

Pair it with a vegetarian salad!

This sparkling is ready to drink.

80 % seyval blanc, 20 % vidal, méthode traditionnelle, élevé 30 mois en cave. Le premier nez, avant de l’aérer, présentait de fortes odeurs de levures. J’avais même une impression de goût de bouchon. Fiou! Un peu d’oxygène dans le verre et des effluves, certes discrets, de citron apparaissent. Les arômes de citron, de fruits frais, de levure, de champignon, de beurre frais donnent un vin assez puissant et pourvu d’un bel équilibre. Bien fait.
