Grassy and refreshing. Mouth-watering acidity for many dishes.

Holly Bruns rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Rather full-bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc, but that makes it a nice sipping wine. There's peach and a hint of apricot balanced by lots of citrus fruit on the nose, and a final bite of acidity freshens things up.
While most 2010 Casablanca sauvignons highlight the refreshing side of the vintage, this is richer and more voluptuous. It’s juicy with sweet pineapple flavors, a substantial white for grilled prawns. Score: 90 Source: Wine and Spirits Magazine, Vintages Wine Catalogue.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
