Fantastically tasty, with deep rich notes of black raspberry, blackberry, cedar and pepper. I love Rhone wines: they're full-bodied and packed with flavour but never heavy, usually balanced. This one has a vibrancy I adore.

70% Syrah and 30% Grenache.
After selection of special parcels, the grapes are completely destemmed. Fermentation lasts about 2 weeks with monitoring of temperatures (between 25 deg. C and 28 deg. C) Then ageing in tankks during one year prior to bottling.
Description: Deep red garnet, aromatic on the nose with black fruit aromas. On the palate it is full and balanced with smooth tannins.
