A lovely, expressive Sauvignon Blanc that is more citrus-melon than grassy-herbal. Mouth-watering and juicy with a medium weight. Highly recommended. There's more texture and richness here by some very deft oak treatment. Lovely stuff.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: cheese, shellfish, Caesar salad, corned beef and cabbage, turkey pot pie.

This crisp and fruity wine was paired with pleasure with barbecued steel-head trout, curried cauliflower and scented basmati rice. Truly enjoyable!
