Natalie's Score: 88/100

This robust Californian red wine is a lovely blend of 55% syrah, 27% cabernet sauvignon and 18% petit verdot grapes. The alcohol is high at 15.8% but it doesn't taste hot or out of balance. Attractive aromas of black fruit and smoke. Try it with filet mignon.

Food pairings: cheese pizza, filet mignon.

This Californian red wine blend is one of the better Cali reds from the challenging 2011 vintage. The wine was aged for 14 months in 70% new French oak barrels. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
