Reviews and Ratings

Holly Bruns rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This sparkler fills the mouth with a gently expanding bubbly sensation. The aromas of pink grapefruit, yellow apple, and yeasty goodness follow through with a tart, long, slightly bitter finish.
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Tasted Feb. 2013
This is made in the time-honoured traditional method of sparkling wine, which was perfected in Champagne; it’s called Cap Classique in South Africa. Notes of graham cracker, orchard fruit and mineral on the nose. Quite dry with a medium body and plenty of acidity to balance the ripe fruit. The aromas replay nicely on the palate. This is a well-balanced, refreshing style of sparkling wine with a tasty, balanced finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
