A clean, refreshing white with enticing notes of pear and white peach. Great aperitif to bring summery thoughts to mind. This winery was founded over a hundred years ago. The wine itself is made from the zesty Garganega grape. This organic wine would be perfect with fresh seafood or shellfish.

Soave Garganega food pairings: prosciutto and melon, seafood stuffed ravioli, lobster scampi with garlic and butter.

Jane Staples Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely refreshing Organich white made from 100% Garganega grapes.
Inviting aromas of green apple, pear and citrus, echoed on the palate with more pronounced lime notes, crisp acidity and a long lime/green apple finish.
Perfect for hot summer nights under the stsrs.
The Tessari family has been growing grapes at La Cappuccina (the site of an ancient chapel of Franscan friars) for more than a century, since 1890. The 90 acres of vineyards in the Soave DOC region of Verona is where Sisto, Pietro and Elena keep the tradition going. Finishes with lemon zest, very zingy and refreshing. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
