This Shiraz is a wonder! Peppered dark red berries and fleshy black plums. Full-bodied and smooth. This wine was aged for 9 months in oak barrels. It is absolutely amazing for this price.

Shiraz food pairings: grilled vegetable, BBQ chicken and pork tenderloin, salmon and Cajun shrimp.

D rated this wine as 98/100
Mild smoke, black cherry and pepper find their way to the nose and palate of this medium bodied Shiraz. Its well integrated tannin and lively mouth feel provide dimension against sweeter red fruit and vanilla flavours.

With pepper on the nose and red berry fruit including cherry and black current, this ruby red Shiraz consistent crowd-pleaser. A brief oak aging imparts light flavours of vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon, as well as a delicate tannic structure which allows the fruit to shine through. Ripe raspberry and anise gradually concede the palate to
a sweet spice finish.
