Reviews and Ratings

rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

black cherries, blueberries, (honeycomb?) and raspberries on the palate; supple tannins and medium-light bodied with a medium length finish. Drink now or within the next 2 years.

Would pair well with blueberry pie.
Dianne Fisher - Sommelier, ISG rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a great fresh and earthy Pinot Noir from Konzelmann Estate, located in on lakeshore of the Niagara region in Ontario. Affordable at $12.95 from the LCBO.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A nice and light Pinot option from the Niagara region. Berry (cherry and cranberry) aromas and flavours are bight and clean, light tannin and nice acidity carries through the finish. Light oak gives this a hint of a spicy note. Would be a nice accompaniment to a variety of foods, try it with turkey, but might also be nice with a charcuterie plate.
This light, easy drinking Pinot possesses aromatic notes of malted chocolate, cherry and licorice. The palate is sprinkled with lively acidity and soft, welcoming tannins. Black cherry and a subtle pepper bring this wine to a pleasant conclusion.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
