Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fresh floral honey and lemon yumminess! Lovely mouthwatering high acidity with a fat oily texture and a refreshing citrus finish. A fabulous Alsatian Riesling and a versatile pairing with South Asian dishes and lightly spiced Latin American dishes. Tasted May 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Terrific aromatics on this dry Riesling. Balanced aromas of floral elements and tree fruits. Correct acids. Great buy....
From Alsace, an old world Riesling from J.M. Sohler. Heissenberg (2015) Riesling is perfect on the patio on hot summer days, or brunch fare like eggs Benedict with its clean, crisp citrus nose and palate. The wine was aged 11 months in French oak cask. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
